Inspired by Jacques Derrida's essay on mourning, this funerary object (Zhi Zha) addresses my grief towards the passing of my grandmother. It explores the idea of authenticity, internalization, and reality, questioning the genuineness of my perception of her and how it evolves over time, drifting further from her truth with each passing day.
